This flexible resource is designed to be used as an aid to assessing gaps in Place Value understanding.
The test can be done with small groups or individuals, as a written test or administered verbally.
The test is based on the content of the CanDoMaths Place Value units in years 1, 2 and 3. Each of the manageable steps in years 1, 2 and 3 has a question.
