Ready To Progress Tests Y1 - 6 | Paper 3

These tests have been designed to check and identify any gaps in learning and inform teachers about children’s readiness to progress to the next stage of learning.

There are 24 questions, based on the 24 CanDoMaths Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)*. Each question is worth one mark.

Paper 3 focuses on topics taught in the first half of this academic year, i.e. the questions in Year 3 Paper 3 focus on KPIs 1 to 12 of Year 3

A Question Level Analysis (QLA) tool is also provided to support the diagnostic analysis of the tests that produces a mathematical profile and inform next steps for individual children, whole classes and/or whole school.
