These Fluency in Fundamentals resources are based on the calculation strategies in the CanDoMaths Calculation Progression. They are designed as ways to revisit previous learning and generate discussion about how the calculations are solved.

These CheckIt ChuckIt ChangeIt resources are designed based on the CanDoMaths Calculation Strategies progression document.
 
Inside each CheckIt, you will find:
Colin's attempt at completing the assessment
Get children to review Colin's work and 'CheckIt', if the calculation is correct, 'ChuckIt' if it's incorrect, and then 'ChangeIt' to show what the calculation should have been.
An answer sheet 
 
They give children the opportunity to check Colin’s work revealing their grasp of the different calculation strategies.
